Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we offer returns or refunds only if products are damaged, faulty, or do not match their description at the time of delivery. If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of items upon delivery, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, ideally with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-perishable goods may be returned in unused and resalable condition within 14 days for a full refund, subject to statutory rights and our approval. Return postage for unwanted non-perishable items is the responsibility of the customer except where items are faulty or wrongfully delivered.
